At CodeAI (“we,” “us,” “the company”), we take the privacy of our users very seriously. This Privacy Policy explains how the data collected through the Genima mobile application (“application”) is processed, stored, and protected. By using our application, you agree to the terms set forth in this policy.

1. General Information We Collect When using the Genima application, we may collect the following basic types of information:

• Email Address: Collected if the user chooses to provide it during account creation. It is used for technical support, personalization, or account access.
• Technical Data: Technical information required for the proper functioning of the application (device type, operating system, crash reports, etc.) may be collected anonymously.

2. Face Data & Image Processing (Important) Our application allows users to upload photos for AI-based image editing and generation. To comply with strict privacy guidelines, we explicitly clarify how photos and Face Data are handled:

• Collection & Use: We do not collect, extract, or store biometric data or TrueDepth API data. When a user uploads a photo containing a face, this "Face Data" is used strictly and exclusively for temporary processing to generate an edited/stylized image via the Google Gemini API, as requested by the user.
• Storage & Retention: The original uploaded photos (Face Data) are not stored anywhere. They are not saved on our remote servers, Firebase databases, or locally on the user's device. They are processed ephemerally and are immediately permanently discarded the moment the API request is fulfilled.
• Generated Images: Only the final, AI-generated output images (which are entirely new creations) are stored securely on Firebase Storage so the user can access their own past creations. These generated images are not processed, shared, or used for any other purpose by us.
• Sharing: Original Face Data is transmitted securely to the Gemini API solely for the real-time processing of the user's request. Face Data is never shared with third parties for tracking, profiling, marketing, or advertising purposes.

3. Purpose of Data Use The general data we collect (excluding Face Data, which is only used for immediate processing) may be used for the following purposes:

• Creating and managing user accounts
• Providing technical support
• Improving and personalizing service quality
• Ensuring security and preventing misuse
